PATENT PENDING BUDGET OPTIMIZATION

In April 2018, we designed a better solution to address the limitations of Facebook’s budget optimization. ToneDen’s Automatic Budget Optimization Engine analyzes the performance of past ad campaigns and multiple high quality signals, resulting in higher performance of ads = more revenue for our customers.

Playbooks

In June 2018, we launched Playbooks for Music and Events. We’ve brought together the ability to advertise, message, and promote your events all-in-one campaign. Playbooks take what were once separate marketing initiatives and combines them into a single automated strategy.

MOTHER

Over the course of the past year, as ToneDen acquired hundreds of thousands of new customers, our internal tools to service these customers were steadily rendered insufficient. In October 2018, we built an internal app to help make our customers happier. Mother is a product that we built just for ourselves. She helps to streamline and automate everything the ToneDen team needs to provide our customers with the best service possible.
